Yes, most of the traits are from
Further Afield (that introduces this optional rule), but
Heroes Young and Old and
A Kingless Realm also adds a couple of traits as well. I figured it would be most convenient to just gather all of them together, so nobody has to go digging through a bunch of sourcebooks.

Right, everyone is assumed to know the common tongue of the area. You get additional languages equal to your Int modifier.
As for types of languages, the game itself keeps it very vague, but halflings, dwarves and elves all have their own languages. The Fae also have their own language (similar to the elven language, but different enough to be its own option). In addition, I'll throw in two others that can be picked:
Barcur: An informal hodgepodge of a language, a trader's tongue often used by merchants, sailors and various travellers.
Rispina: The Holy Tongue. Not very commonly spoken, but all sacred texts are written in it. More common in the kingdoms to the south.
@Aline, do you wish to choose the name for the old, fallen kingdom of sorcerer-queen Theune? That language might be dead, but her ghost would certainly speak it, and it may still be found in written form on old ruins in the area.
