Of course, Aurelia is quite adept at dancing and transitions easily from song to a fluttering rendition of an elegant swan.

Oriole winces. "Oof, it seems you're better singers and dancers. So, how about you sing again, but this time, in... the Halfling tongue!"

UNFAMILIAR LANGUAGE

Overcome: DC 30 Society to recall enough phrases to fake it, DC 32 Deception to mimic pronunciation, or DC 34 Performance to draw upon a known song

Thankfully, Aurelia's art lessons had a broad range of students. Those days seemed so far away as she tried to recall a song one of her halfling students had taught her. He was such a bright and avid learner with an admirable voice. And so she began to sing it from memory, wanting to do it justice, getting the cadences just right and the dramatic staccato flourish at the end.

"I hope you are enjoying all of this" Bekassine mutters with a smile as she strains to remember enough of the Halfling language to sing a song.

Horace does his best to recall a Halfling song he once heard - the only one - and, unsure of his dialect or diction - goes for it.

Ramank didn't know any halfling, but he had heard enough to make a approximation of a very strange dialect. What he sings not even a halfling could pick up.

Oriole chuckles. "Very nice! That's enough singing and dancing for now. Back to acting, but now, your props are malfunctioning! You'll need to adjust the scene accordingly."

PROP MALFUNCTION

Bekassine goes to pick up one of the deceased's belongings, an old model ship. As she starts to tell a tale of when it was acquired, it breaks in her hands. She continues talking as she works to fix it, doing her best to make the story match her actions.

"Well I was hoping someone was indeed dead," Ramank says lifting up a knife from next to his plate, then quickly through sleight of hand switching it out with another. "Might have to take actions. If it comes to killing one of you guys or my little tippy toes to some deranged money lender I appreciate the time we've had together, but you know, I'm more attached to me."

Taking her cue from some of the others, Aurelia circles a small "broken" table, head cocked to the side, fluttering her arms dramatically as if she were an actress in a ballet.

"Oh dear, our bird has escaped."

Turning the table upside down, she removes her cape, wraps it around the legs of the table, and mimes putting the bird within the makeshift cage.

"There now! All is well."
