Biscuit thinks: "That is one ugly goblin, but charm away."

"Yes," she says. The other Goblins look at her, then just go with it.
"Invading human territories? We're not invading. We're looking for something."
"Why are we sending them to die? Do you mean why am I sending Goblins to die? If that's what you mean, then I have an answer that will clear this up. The Darkfang tribe of lizardmen has been worshiping the dragon, Eclipse, her true name is Ecallariasporey, as a god since the days before humankind ever came to Blackscale Valley. They have discovered a terrible truth. Eclipse was slain, but what of the Dragon's Egg? Through divinations conducted by their High Shaman, Sthar, the lizardmen have learned what became of the dragon’s egg. As instructed by Sthar, they believe the egg not to be Eclipse’s offspring, but a reincarnation of Eclipse herself. Literally, their god reborn. After many battles, Sthar and the other Darkfang lizardmen have been forcing us to attack the village in search of the egg so that it might remain in their stewardship until it hatches. That is all I know."

"Hmm...we should like to be free of the Lizardmen. We hates the Kobolds of the Hills, but the Lizardmen are too strong and we have no way to move into the wood beyond," says the Shaman.

Biscuit: "Sounds like a quest, boys."

The Shaman looks at Varos, and seems to be thinking.
"I will speak with the others, and we will come together and do as you say," she says.
The other two Goblins look a bit surprised, but they reluctantly nods their heads in acquiesence.

Biscuit: "I am glad you are all being reasonable."

Soon she returns with a total of 15 Goblins.
"This is all we are left. I have spoken with them and they know of your power to rid us of the lizardmen," she says.

They begin to build a fire and bring out a slaughtered pig. They bury it in the ground wrapped in leaves on top of hot coals transported from inside their hideout.

"It'll be a minute. We can talk a while until it's ready," she says. They also pass around a thick reddish drink and ask you if you'd like some. "It's chukka berries, chewed up and spat back into a bowl where we add a few other spices and strain it into these gourds. It sits for two wekks and BAM! you got some fine chukkaloo! hehe," says one of the Goblin soldiers as he offers the gourd to you.

Biscuit will take a drink. "Yes, how many? We need to come up with some sort of plan."
