Correct. I made several In game threads to reduce clutter from posts. It should also group actions in the appropriate areas.

And who are the arcane spell casters one last time. I will be writing notes.

Edit:

We seem to be lacking a healer.

The wizard hasn't been made. I have NPC Healer at the villa only if needed.

While waiting for everyone to post.

1. Assessing this plot. Lumber to either repair or build homes.
2. Wagon/cart with animal to take processed grain to market
3. Maybe check capital city to recruit families to move in. One couple can't harvest enough to be profitable.
4.Maybe buy/make mill to grind grain into flour.
5. Toll is 1cp per person.

Remember, the entire estate has been without nobility providing needed resources for 20 years, imagine the conditions now.

@Everyone - I feel like we should get this estate rebuilt, back up and running first. But, how to do that? Recruit workers to build/rebuilt homes? Then head South to get the supplier up and moving? Any thoughts?

Spitballing here. Sorry, a bit out of my element right now. Prolly just a matter of getting started.

Well,I'd be inclined to head to the next major settlement and make contact with artisans/businesspeople who can become contractors and bring their staff over to get started on the practical work. Just a matter of persuading them that it'd be a good investment.

Veteran of Eastern RPGs here. There is likely a perfect right choice for materials and for NPCs that we will just find if we go everywhere in the region, talk to everyone and remember the location of everything.

For instance the inns supports are rotting away, the roofing material is provided but the support material is not.

There are going to be a) three tiers of support wood we can find and use, and b) three tiers of carpenters we will find who can do the work.

Say we find the carpenter, the tiers of carpentry may well be the same man but the man needs lunch.

We can feed him mixed grains from the fields. Unwashed rice. Or river-washed rice. Obviously the river washed rice yields the best result.

We also will earn xp for the more tasks we do.

That is just my 2 cents.

Of course, the reasonable thing to do is split up,with some of us checking in on Deng Kuo and the others heading to the city to assemble a team to fix up the estate's holdings.

However I understand splitting the party will make things harder to run...what's everyone's thoughts?

I can handle two groups, but prefer no more than that.
