Well, in RAW, oracles are not of one single deity and that is what makes them "weird".
I created this: Aleena is the daughter of the local smithy and, at birth, she has attracted the attention of both Apsu and Dahak.
She grew with all of the weirdness of an oracle with the Lore mystery and her parents lost many nights listening to detailed accounts of old history... in Draconic, just for the morning to come and their baby not to know she spoke a word. :)
She is definitely a bookworm and fascinated by... dramatic pause... dragons! What a surprise! LOL
She is extremely kind and soft-hearted, but she really, really loves to be cruel to those who are cruel themselves.
Usually, neighbors treated her well, despite the fact that, whenever she made snow angels, Draconic writing appeared in the snow around her and also in the rain drops, when rain was thin, and in dust when she was resting after a round of tag and also... (this is a standard lore oracle characteristic). I am suggesting this because I want her to be a happy, kind girl that goes a long way to protect the innocent and her friends... OK, one that can happily torture the evil necromancer's minion to get to his boss, but still a happy, kind girl. :)
(By the way: I intend to place her cruelty as comic relief, so no gore whatsoever. If she sees anyone torturing the evil minion, she will push the person aside and say "No! It's wrong!... This is not how you do it! Give me this knife and I'll show you." It would help a lot if she had someone to hold her back in her cruel side. :) )
This is the general idea and the "pitch" for the character. If anyone wants to place her in their story, please feel free to do so.
