No, finally with all the npc it complexify to much. So player turn and NPC turn will be enough.

what kind of PCs are in group 2? I might be willing to move over, but not if there is already a lot of melee characters

same on mine side. Though Bungrob is more melee focused he can work at all ranges if Group 2 need a more all rounder
