Content and Boundaries

I'm not the type who's at home with any of the formal table content management frameworks, so I'll keep this informal. This is meant to be a SFW story, hovering between PEGI-12 and PEGI-16. It is not intended to feature extreme content, though it may feature some dark elements. If you played Ori or watched Studio Ghibli films, you probably have a good idea what kind of content to expect and to not expect. Notably:
  • There may be violence and even death, but it isn't intended to be described in super-realistic detail, and given the nature of characters, would often count as 'cartoonish' or 'fantasy violence'. Permanent crippling injury is not a thing that threatens PCs (unless chosen for narrative reasons by the player) due to the nature of the spritelings.
  • There will be factional conflict, though intensity may vary depending on PC actions.
  • There might be some elements that relate to horror, including stepping into the territory of body horror, but no more than you can see in, say, Princess Mononoke or the Ori games.

If there are additional concerns or expectations that are worth addressing, please bring them up - especially things that need to be kept noted down in a visible place (first replies), and not lost in the Discords.

Hi there; as it seems, I'm the only unknown here. I'm fine with the boundaries above, for myself, I'd like to have avoided strong graphic violence against children.

Otherwise, I'm from Europe, CE(S)T - what else wold you like to know? ;-)

I have half-heartedly joked with my friends that if I ever created a game system, logarithms would come into play.
