He attempted to explain. Though, he had not seen a mill as he described this far south. He shrugged and set upstairs. He did not doubt the idea of waste management was universal to anyone who had discovered fluid dynamics, but he had seen so many effective examples of it. Words had won, but Borz was focused on other more important things.
