True, but I was playing her temper for comedy there, so I don't think it makes senses to claim Hot Tempered there over Hero Complex. Meanwhile, in the current situation, her Hot Temper is being played more serious as she's actively being reckless.

For Chimera, shouldn't it be three successes on her roll? Two for the critical, one for the mastery. After resistance, that results in two successes.

Ah, cool. Claude will come back to the fire support group later, but right now, there is a combat target on the field, and letting it escape might produce more damage further along the road, so first it's going to be a parting shot, then attempting to handle the aftermath (which will include getting out of the frame covertly and leaving it where it can be safely retrieved, and meeting the public).
