Road to Boneyard is a harsh, road-bound one-shot set in a dying desert where survival runs on scrap, fuel, and hard choices. The players work out of Blackrock, a fortified barter town clinging to life beneath a ruined overpass.
What begins as a salvage run quickly becomes a test of loyalty, resource management, and how far you’re willing to go to keep a town alive when the road doesn’t care who makes it back.
