Character Generation Info

Assign your points among the attributes Clever, Tough, and Cool. The lowest score possible is -2. The highest score possible is 3.

When you face a meaningful risk, roll one d6. Add an applicable attribute score if any. Subtract 1 if the risk is greater than 1/2, subtract 2 if the risk is greater than 2/3.

Result:
-1 or less: disastrous (DEATH + worse)
+8 or better: exceptionally good (VICTORY + more).
Otherwise, ODD is BAD and smaller is worse (+7 is a yawner); EVEN is GOOD and larger is better (+0 is trifling).
