I would like to run an Old School-adjacent set of rules in a fantasy archipelago that is totally kitchen-sink gonzo: elves, satyrs, dwarfs, demons, dragons, power-armor, sailing ships, wizard chefs, etc.

It's S. John Ross' "Uresia: Grave of Heaven" setting, in a world where (almost all) the gods fell from the sky and died.

The basic concept is that the characters end up needing to voyage from a central location in the archipelago toward the outer islands (the Troll Lands) in order to return a dead Troll's ashes for disposal by their kin. Why they accepted this task is up to you!

Hi tibbius. I learned from the Internet that Mighty Blows and Wizardry is a game of your creation. Kudos to you for that!

You state that the components are as follows:

Swords & Wizardry (char gen) (based on D&D 1e)
Tunnels & Trolls (HD + combat) (counterpoint to D&D 1e)
2400 Legends (mostly the spell list, also armor) (New School Roleplaying)

I've played S&W but not the others. Is there anything else you could share with us? Btw, I like the adventure premise.

1. Thanks for liking the adventure premise!

2. The easiest way to figure it out is to download the rules (they're free to download) and read them.

I've downloaded the rules and will have a look at them over the weekend.

Ok, it was only 15 pages, so a fast read. Going to pass as the rule set doesn't work for me. Sorry.

I think I might be into this system. Any spaces?

Thanks for your interest! This one is on pause as I focus on Heavy is the Crown.

In that case, I will periodically check back to see if this one is a go.
