GreyWord says:
Atticus : 1. Are you sure your wizard is capable to learn Hellish Rebuke , which is not from wizard spell list (it's warlock's. you are not connected to hell are you?) 2. The spells listed are in your spellbook right, which one do you have prepared day 1 of adventure? I guess just 6 of them (not counting cantrips)
Hellish Rebuke comes from my Fiendish Legacy feature that I get for being a Tiefling:
[ +- ] Fiendish Legacy
You are the recipient of a legacy that grants you supernatural abilities. Choose a legacy from the Fiendish Legacies table. You gain the level 1 benefit of the chosen legacy.
When you reach character levels 3 and 5, you learn a higher-level spell, as shown on the table. You always have that spell prepared. You can cast it once without a spell slot, and you regain the ability to cast it in that way when you finish a Long Rest. You can also cast the spell using any spell slots you have of the appropriate level. Intelligence, Wisdom, or Charisma is your spellcasting ability for the spells you cast with this trait (choose the ability when you select the legacy).
Infernal: You have Resistance to Fire damage. You also know the Fire Bolt cantrip. Lvl 3: Hellish Rebuke, Lvl 5: Darkness.
As for the second question, yes, the spells I've listed are all the ones in my spellbook. I will mark the ones I have prepared so it is clear!
Edit: I marked all my prepared spells with asterikses* so you know which ones I've got ready to go. There are 8 in total; 6 from the base wizard spellcasting feature at 3rd level, and 2 more: Shield, which I always have prepared because I took it through the Magic Initiate feat, and Hellish Rebuke because I got it from my racial feature. On top of those, I picked a bunch of ritual spells that don't need to be prepared. That should be all of them now.
