How do I post images?

Imgur is gone, and links from Flickr don't seem to work. What site should I upload my pictures to?

I've been using https://postimages.org/.

You can also use Google Drive by using this link format:
https://drive.google.com/thumbnail?id=(Image ID)&sz=h(desired size)

ID is the numbers after file/d/ in the share link, and sz=h can change image size. Like this share link:
https://drive.google.com/file/d/1PH-pgd2qCyiEv9cr1iVVDDnx6W0hmZSB/view?usp=drivesdk

Will become this:
https://drive.google.com/thumbnail?id=1PH-pgd2qCyiEv9cr1iVVDDnx6W0hmZSB&sz=h100

@Tellerian_Hawke : can you site a reference about imgur gowing away? It is up now and I only found information from several years ago about them blocking anonymous posts and not being accessible in the UK.

Same. Use it for regular images and NPC sheets - works fine for the most part.

I am far from the tech savvy that I am seeing here. I have no problems loading images from the photo library on my computer unless they were created using gemini. If I load one of those images to one of the suggested sites here, how then do I access it to load to my posts?

It won't load. It says:

and no matter how many times that I "come back later," I arrive at this error message on a plain white background with no other text or graphics.

403 is most likely an IP block, meaning the issue is specific to your current network. You can try using a different network (mobile internet, different provider, VPN) as an alternative. If you're using VPN, also try disabling it.

Although, not using Imgur at all might just be a better decision since it does block various regions.

If you’re in the U.K., you’ll need a vpn to view imgur. We’re banned from using it . Yay freedom!

For now, I am just posting images to one of my dormant threads on ENWorld. Linking from ENWorld is working great / no issues.
