Hello, everyone

Hello there, GamersPlane

I'm a long-term role player, with over 15 years experience now, as both player and GM. While I still manage to get some real-time gaming in, with two young kids I have less time for that than I would like. As such, I thought play-by-post might be a good place to look - I have played in a game with a play-by-post element a long time ago, and would be very interested in getting involved with this. I am based in the UK and should be able to post reasonably regularly.

In terms of systems, I have experience with (*takes deep breath*) D&D, Pathfinder, GURPS, World of Darkness, Exalted, L5R, Corporation, Pendragon, Doctor Who, Edge of the Empire, Blades in the Dark, Powered by the Apocalypse and more. I am interested in most genres and styles of game, and I hope to find someting interesting here.

Looking forward to exploring this!

Welcome. Love your avatar and name. Hope you will find some good games.

I'm a big DrWho fan, but never understood the rpg version of the game.

Welcome Aboard!

PbP is a great way to roleplay, especially when you have time constraints like young children. GamersPlane has an amazing and welcoming community to dive right into.

Hi there and welcome to the forum! Play by post is a great way of roleplaying for those of us with a lot of commitments, I can only recommend it.

Thanks, all - I'm looking forward to diving in!

Welcome, hope you find a game you like soon!

Hey GoldenElk, welcome to GP.

Hi and welcome! A good number of us do find PbP a great alternative to the increasingly tight demands of real-life gaming, hope it works for you too! That's a nice long list of game systems so you'll be able to find some here.

Welcome to the community, GoldenElk!

Welcome to GP!
