INTEREST CHECK: Pathfinder 2e Adventure

I can deal with starting at level 4.
Might take me a bit to make a character, and I might need some help.

I will start working on it now

Edit. I am thinking of going Thaumaturge. Scholarly book themed. Collecting knowledge to better understand the world and tell others.

Well, we almost have a party! There's Knighthawke, ToDream, runekyndig and Smiley. So we have four now. Still not quite enough yet!

How many do you feel is a full party?
In my experience, a small group of active players makes a better game than a larger group. Of corse it depends largely on if the group can cover all the core roles that is needed in the game. (healer, tank, face...)
That being said I am a bit concerned that @Knighthawke have been offline for a while now

I haven't played PF2 yet, but I've played PF1 and every flavor of DnD except the original so I can probably figure it out. I don't have a character concept, but I'd happily join up and figure out where the gap(s) are in the party.

@runekyndig I think that once posted up it might attract some players too but I hear you. Active players is what is needed. A lot of games simply die or fall by the wayside when players disappear for whatever reason. It is concerning.

@Smiley and @Bullseyepsa I can recommend Archives of Nethys as a open source for the PF2e rules
and Pathbuilder2 as a character generator that has most of the options available for free. So you can perhaps make 98% of your character there, and to the rest manually.

I was just looking at those sites last night :). I do have the original PF2 book but I don't think I have the remastered (though I might have them from a charity bundle). I was playing around with a Poppet Sorcerer build because it amused me.

I am interested. I have never played PF2e, but I tried very hard to get my old table to play it instead of 5e. My work schedule rotates, but can be available for multiple posts every day.

Absolutely. It does say "Moon & Mire" on the door :D
You can have first pick on what name is yours.

This is the kind of spinoff I really enjoy by making a character based on an image. Small things that seem inconsequence, all of sutten becomes the source of inspiration.

The investigator class is perfect for the flavour I want, but they seem pretty useless in combat.

I was going to do an occult-themed thaumaturge researcher. Collecting knowledge and making scrolls.

Right! That character setup is awesome!!!!!! It's like an Acme Private Detective agency. Such a very cool setup! So, will get the Campaign set up now! I will be borrowing from other games but Pathfinder will be the key!
