Party loot / shared equipment:
- 2 wicked daggers (1d4+DEX, Melee, Piercing, Light, Thrown 4, sells for 1 gp each)
- 3 shortbows, with quivers and plenty of black arrows (1d6+DEX, Ranged, Piercing, 2-handed, Range 12, sells for 12 gp each)
- Gundren's empty leather map case (sells for 1 gp)
- A wagon's worth of goods that must be delivered to Barthen's Provisions (10 GP each for Nelly, Igrem and Alex)
- Klarg’s unlocked chest with copper and silver coins equivalent to 17 gold
- Two healing potions (Use an action to Heal 2d4+4 HP. Each sells for 20-50 gp depending on your Influence check)
- A jade statue of a frog (sells for 20 - 50 gp, depending on your Influence check)
- Klarg’s huge morningstar (2d6+STR damage, Bludgeoning, 2-handed, Requires 2 STR to use, worth 80 gp, sells for 30 - 70 gp, depending on your Influence check)
- Alex's sketch of the piles and crates of useful supplies. Most of them are marked with the image of a blue lion. (Quote: "Perhaps the coster who funded that expedition will pay a finders fee for its location.")

OK. Although Nelly has left, we need to RP that he took his money and her share of the loot. My understanding is that Redhawk and Boggart share in Sildar's 50gp, since he offered that to the 5-person party.

Starting with the variable priced goods, @kwll, even though it's the most valuable, should we RP that Nelly took it with her? The expected value is 50gp, so we can say that Nelly took that as her share and left us with the two healing potions and the frog. Further, there is 56 gp worth of fixed-cost items (daggers, chests, bows, map case). Split into original party so that's 18gp, 6sp, 7cp each for me and you; let Nelly get the 6cp since (s)he is leaving :).

Igrem and Alex each get 10gp for the wagon and another 10gp for Sildar's bonus, leaving only the jade frog and the finders fee for the coster to be split between Alex and Igrem. Redhawk and Boggart should each get 10gp from Sildar's bonus.

Alex: 38gp, 6sp, 7cp, healing potion
Igrem: 38gp, 6sp, 7cp, healing potion
Redheart: 10gp
Boggart: 10gp

@kwll, I'm willing to RP selling the frog and finding the coster in Phandalver and splitting whatever we get. Work for you?

Hobgoblin (4x) - Hunter’s loot: Taken together, the weapons and armor could fetch 33 gold pieces if sold in town.

Edit: I updated the gold pieces from 37 to 33. Alex takes a sword and gives up his share of the remainder.

Shared equipment
The group possesses a mule and a cart, given by Linene Graywind in exchange for their promise to bring back the Lionshield Coster's trades goods from Nott's Cave to Phandalin. They will be able to keep the cart and the mule (worth 43 gp) and will receive 50 gp as soon as they bring the goods.
