LANCER: LF Group and GM

If someone's interested in starting LANCER PBP, I'm interested. However, I'm still new to TTRPGs, so I'm not quite comfortable DMing yet.

I'd play a Lancer game.

What type of Lancer experience are you looking for?
Mostly combat (big mech pew-pew) or a narrative political intrigue in this post-scarcity, post-capitalist, sci-fi game). Maybe else?
I mean Lancer is good for both and you could have fun in both, but in my experience combat isn't well suited for PbP dynamics (lack of)

I know first-hand why LANCER can have issues with combat in PbP, but I'm not entirely sure that it's written in a way that makes running narrative political intrigue all that easy either, given what the setting lore focuses on and at what zoom level. Seems like it's a loose inspiration and a huge worldbuilding workload for the GM to run such a campaign, almost as much as for running such a campaign in a homebrewed setting.

I've tried out Lancer on this site before and it was a good time. I would support this.
