How do I unsubscribe to a game thread when I'm no longer in a game?

Hello.

I've just left a game, but I didn't unsubscribe to one of the threads I was following, and now it appears I can't. Please help! I want to stop getting these notification E-mails.

There's a link at the bottom of the main forum page called "Manage Subscriptions" (I've also copied it HERE)
