OSRIC: First, 5gp to 1pp (OSRIC 2.2 pp. 31). Second, it's 10 coins to the lb (pg. 30). So 581GP and 4SP can be converted to minimal weight as 116pp, 1gp and 4SP, which is 121 coins or 12.1 lbs. If you add 1 sp, you can convert the 5 sp to 1 ep, which will save almost 1/2 pd.

I prefer to keep the shared funds with one of the banks, on account of a dragon flying around and the mule possibly being eaten eventually, lol. Let's vote.

Provided you are in a suitable location (e.g. Gosterwick), I'll say you can freely convert between denominations of currency. However, whilst adventuring, you have to carry what you find.

While Zach may not be smart enough to figure it out, he will likely visit all three in character to decide on where to keep his own funds. I’m not sure he’s just going to trust the cheapest bank, but he may not need to pay for silence either.

Is this after paying for one month of the porters, or is that in arrears? Also, did we pay for a pole for each to double their carrying capacity?
