I'm slightly confused. Úlfr is literate in Norther (and knows the language to full competency) and has to make a Linguistics check to read these ruins written in Norther, but Selah is not literate in Norther and is making the same check with a much bigger bonus?

Seelah has a total modifier of +12, but to the point - I’m not sure how the current rules (illiteracy) impact RAW for those checks. Makes sense Seelah might not be able to yet.

Gonna recommend that we pile up some rocks for Ulfr and confess that Jasir doesn't have the best options against the undead at this stage, but sure!

Piling up ammo would be solid. Rock solid.

I am semi-trying to build a cleric in a world without good gods, which has included taking whatever undead fighting spells I could.


@Itami: If you are concerned about options and want to borrow some undead ammo, Petra can enchant sling stones (for 30 minutes per set of 3) with a spell that deals 2d6+2 to undead? Thrown 20 feet or 'slung' 50 feet. It would only cost 1 spell energy per casting.


Yes, our giant friend should stockpile rocks. (No, sadly, the magic stone spell does not work on rocks larger than sling bullets.)

Azote can't turn either, but she can entangle and cast disruption on them. Most likely to shoot them down with arrows.

@Mica_pun_worthy : Jasir would be able to dish out magic stones at a high rate of speed. The question would be how many spell points do you want to spend on them? XD
