I'm back from my vacation. This should be the last extended trip for the year, so hopefully I'll be back to posting more consistently once I get re-adjusted over the next couple of days.

Alright, so what do you all want to do with the ogre and the bird?

Despite R3N-L3's observations, he would most probably be fine with sneaking up to the Ogre and stabbing them through the heart, if the party doesn't wish to try negotiating with it.

However, he'd personally want to try and talk to it to gather more data about this fae.

It seemed like we were going to kill the thing outside of R3N-L3's vague opposition(?), which Lauretta is an advocate for. She'll probably object to attempts to interrogate a creature that dangerous, but no one has actually suggested them in character.

Given the size, I would prefer to attack it first, trying to get a free strike atleast. Or we can throw a pebble and hide. See how it reacts to its sleep being broken momentarily. If we are good at hiding, it will probably go back to sleep again.

See, R3N-L3 is sadly not very good at hiding. He's a giant walking suit of armor! I'll have R3N-L3 give the troll a stab as a greeting then? Anyone who objects?

I realize that interrogation was likely what Tzal was alluding to, so sorry for misremembering before. Anyway, Lauretta would object, but I'd say R3N-L3 just going ahead and doing the thing would be an easy way to keep the game moving forward. It is a bit weird that he seemed to be suggesting the wrongness of the action only to jump at doing it himself though, haha.

It's only wrong for organic meatbags with a moral compass. R3N-L3's moral compass is more of a gyroscope. Does it not harm him or his purpose? Yes? Allowed.
