Chapter 3: Level 2 dungeon

I am about certain this isn't happening

before I narrate round 2 :

@annex anything Ixion is doing?
Everyone - anything you would like Vatoris to do?

My proposition for Vatoris is to - if he managed to get the wine sample somehow on his way out - to investigate the "wine". If it's of magical origin, is it something flammable maybe - is it really a wine? Then he may start to look for some mechanism to open the stone door where he is standing.

Not only Vatoris and Throgin have no sample of a vine. They don't even have a clue that the vine is in the tomb right now.
Sequence of actions was: 1. Stone block descends (Throgin and Vatoris run away). 2. Only when stone block sealed the entrance vine started pouring

@valdattaMadun I'm afraid you may need to just wait until the rest of the party solve this, at least I personally don't see a way for you or Vatoris to help them.

Round 3 starts. What do you each do?

Round 4! I assume Tinkara fly just above wine level

I will continue to fly above the wine, and I will go examine the ceiling in the room, looking for vents. The air in the room has to be going somewhere.

@thorsman99 please add an investigation roll. There is no visible vents so your PC will need to refer to her book knowledge in order to understand where if at all air is going anywhere.
@Pedrop unless Zean stay where he is right on the map I'd like to ask you to describe his movement along with any actions.

So he drank wine, moved diagonally NW - directly to the coffin with hasty moves, then climbed and pulled his sword out of its scabbard and now is ready to slash with his sword.

I don't have slightest idea how it will go in terms of 5E mechanics. Ready malle attack action maybe?

FIX: I'm sorry to write "Vine" all the time, when I should have "Wine".

We start combat, but we will roll no initiative. You don't see your enemy before it attacks, but you are not surprised, so that makes no sense for PCs to act before enemy acts. That's my homebrew rule for this combat, let me know if anyone have a better idea how to solve such a situation in future (if it happens)

Meta info: enemy is some king of water elemental, but in the color of wine, so while in wine it is invisible. Reach 10 feet, so they can reach the flying Tinkara no problem. They will have advantage on attack rolls when/if you get into the wine, but your attacks against them already have disadvantage and you can't target them with spells/features that require you to see them. You do know their location nevertheless

@annex please let me know if you cast a shield spell to avoid constrict. Everyone, please hold on until then, it may impact your next turn

Reminder - you don't see them but know location. Attack has a disadvantage though.

BOth 2 and 3 failed dex save, that means you can now SEE them and you have advantage on attack rolls against them.
Effective now (Zean and Ixion could use that advantage this turn already)
