Sad to see you go to be honest. This has been so fun. But of course I wish you the best of luck!

I think I can try to keep up with this chapter and finish it. It’s easier to react than create (GM’ing a game), and this game isn’t one where the table is stuck waiting for me (like in pretty much any other combat-based RPG).

Once October classes start, I’ll have three at once instead of two at once. I should go cold turkey at that point.

Hey, all. As much as I wanted to decide Amelie’s fate, that’s in someone else’s hands now.

I am a bit overwhelmed with my courseload. Grades are high, but that’s because of the all-nighters I pull on weekends. I’m 37.5 hours away from a deadline now, so my all-nighter is about to be followed by an all-dayer and a late night, in the hope I can make a coherent, not sleepy-eyed video presentation tomorrow.

I’m happy to check in on the week of 9/22, but as of that Friday, I need to officially stay logged off of GP. It’s been fun, and if it wouldn’t set me up to fail, I’d be gaming throughout the doctoral program.

I'm back from my vacation. This should be the last extended trip for the year, so hopefully I'll be back to posting more consistently once I get re-adjusted over the next couple of days.

@Legendary_Sidekick again, we're sorry to see you go but at least it's for a good reason! Good luck with your doctoral program and we hope to see you back in a few years' time. :D

Sorry all, I've been a bit MIA the past week. I was a bit under the weather at the start of the week and life was quite busy on top of that. I had little energy left over for RPGs. But I'm back :D

If I'm taking things too far with the mention of rat poison, please let me know. I just thought it worked well because of Ratto and the similarity between 'poison' and 'poisson' in French :)

I can always change things if it's too evil even for Rag and Bones.

I'm okay with it. It seems very appropriate for a mustache twirling villain which is how I generally think of RnB.

Also, I loved the French pun!

As much as I’ll miss the hobby, you and your games especially, I really need to be offline when I’m between assignments. I think the only way I’ll get through it all is by thinking of my coursework as my main creative outlet.

No, it's correct. The weirdness is due to how the flotsam cards move: "Whenever we leave a place with a "?" we put it face-down again and swap it with an adjacent face-down card, if there are any."

I marked the face-down cards we left behind with the strikethrough and swapped them around accordinlgy when you left the space, which is why there's a weird gap. I had to do the strikethrough instead of just marking it with an O because otherwise I would forget which cards were there. :D

Oh I see. In that case thanks for keeping track of all of that! Seems like one heck of a job :D

This one would definitely be easier face-to-face with real cards! XD

I think this is a great time for Rag and Bones' plan to fail by having some of the geese eat the poisoned food. :D

I'm going to wait and see what Parish does first, though.
