Hey! I’ll be posting some point today. Was holiday weekend for me so haven’t been as active this weekend. Sorry!

Sorry everyone. Caught the flu ... it's been a rough one lol. I posted in the previous thread and about to post in the current one!

I hate to be a loser ... but I expected my nausea and relationship with food to be far more improved by this point in time. It has not happened. I am unreliable and think you should replace me. -__- I don't want to, but I have been dropping the ball too much to be selfish enough to try and check in so infrequently.

@Redamancy - How about this? I will continue to post for Eozindra for now. If she survives to the end of part five, Eozindra will stay behind if you are still not feeling up to continuing. This is similar to what we're doing for Woody and Adran, and for much the same reason: if you feel that you can play again at some point later on, I'd like you to be able to resume playing your PC.

You are not a loser!

You have shifting priorities, we all do. But right now your health demands more than normal, and you have to down-prioritize our hobby; PBP gaming. Such is life, it sucks, but it is what it is.
That you are letting us know, instead of just dropping off GP is the right thing to do. That is the effort of a winner.

You are growing a human! You are definitely not a loser. You gotta focus on your health. Top priority!

Also, I am on vacation until Sunday evening @spaceseeker19 ! So I will have a hard time getting to my phone. I’m gonna post when I can. She’s mainly just gonna attack and defend the survivors in wild shape

Sounds lovely. And like more work for you which I am sorry for. But greatly appreciated. <3 Here's hoping I turn a corner soon.

Well I'm going to cry. Thank you for the encouraging words. And your understanding. It really means the world that there are no hard feelings.

Being a 3D printer is sooooo exhausting!

We found out today that it's a girl.

Sorry for the late posting; I was gone at a conference all day. I'll finish round four tomorrow morning, early.

Did anyone get hit by his tusks or claw?
Faith has a little bit of healing energy left in her, and some have claimed that it can purify sickness and the were-curse.
This brought a chuckle from me. Once again Adran does not take advantage of an opportunity to cure his curse. This time, though, it's not because he's intentionally avoiding getting cured, but simply because he's not there.

Sorry for the delay in posting, everyone; I thought it was just a slow weekend, and didn't realize until today that all of you were probably waiting for someone else to volunteer, and that none of the PCs actually has a way of producing illumination. So I've continued with everyone in the dark.

Apologies, I've been dealing with... employment issues. It's been getting me down, so I missed a few days. I'll pick up on it tonight or tomorrow.

would Juniper still be in bear form? It lasts 2 hours but I don’t know if she could’ve made it down in bear form.
Oops! Yes, she's still in hear black bear form, unless you choose for her to have reverted. I'll amend the post immediately.

It's a good thing Faith provided light, so Juniper won't be blind the next time there's fighting!

Thanks! I figured she might as well stay in bear form until it's done. Don't wanna waste a Wild Shape! How much time does she have left in Wild Shape btw?

Also, last thing @spaceseeker19. Can Juniper talk in Wild Shape? I know the rules differ depending on which ones we're following. Thanks!

About an hour and a half remains. You guys didn't take the time to rest after the last encounter; that much time has passed only because of the slow pace of navigating the dark sewers with twenty people who needed to be led by the hand.

Can Juniper talk in Wild Shape?
Not in any language other than bear, no. As it says in the 5e PHB (page 67):
"You can't cast spells, and your ability to speak or take any action that requires hands is limited to the capabilities of your beast form. Transforming doesn't break your concentration on a spell you've already cast, however, or prevent you from taking actions that are part of a spell that you've already cast."
You're correct that this is different in other D&D systems. In 5.5, for instance, a druid can still speak...which I didn't notice when I did my review of that game a year ago. You learn something new every day!

Perfect, thanks! I just wanted to type something for the latest post but I was like ... "Can Juniper talk?!" lmao!

Hey, everyone! I’m going to be a little busy the next few weeks but I should be able to log on at least every other day. Every day might be tough but I’m going to try since I know we are a smaller group atm.

...and I apologize to everyone for this delay this past weekend. My family hosted a big game party, and I mistakenly thought I could maintain my posting rate through all the prep and the day of the party itself.
