Question about notifications: I've noticed in some games that people are having a hard time noticing when they should be posting. I'm not sure I understand the nature of the problem (and it might not be only one problem). For my part, I just keep a tab open with the "Latest Game Posts" page open, which I reload each day, and that seems to work pretty well.

But I also want to ameliorate any difficulty in the games that I'm running. So far, I'm trying to do that with listing the initiative in each post (so if you're reading the posts each day, you know when your turn is coming) and mentioning @names of the players when it's their turns (so they get a notification in e-mail as well as a notification on the GP top page). All that said, is there more that I could be doing that would be helpful?

I always like to make sure if it's my turn, so whenever you do the @names it really helps me. Nothing more you need to do on my end, you're doing awesome!

I try to check daily, but sometimes I have an issue of the time difference. I noted I got the @ when it was like, midnight my time. And then it was a work night so I couldn't get to it until just now. But if my work day goes real crappy, sometimes I don't have the energy to check the forum. I try to anyway, but I've had a few days here and there where I just did not have it in me (like the day my 50 min light rail commute became a 2.5 hour bus/stranded/train trip). The @ helps me because it pops up on my landing page. I think you're doing awesome.

I check more than once a day. I like that you are using the @ to indicate whos turn it is, cause that is sometimes the biggest issue, being unaware that ppl are waiting for me
