@Adrasthea I updated your character sheet slightly by moving the items into the "pouches" area so we can better keep track of their condition.

Suggestion for how we know each other:
Sky and Bay are childhood friends who always talked of a life of adventure. Both of us found some excitement in our lives before we headed out together - Bay as a Sparrow rider doing patrols of the skies to keep watch out for threats on our home settlement, Sky in their life as a gambler.
One of our old friends just returned from adventuring and we listened to their stories with amazement and decided, together, to finally try it out on our own.
Happy to do something completely different - just a suggestion to get the ball rolling if we do want a backstory together.

Good idea! I just talked to Soises, our third mouse adventurer, and I think all of us could be childhood friends. Finally, we follow our shared dream and make our way into the wilderness.

Your quiver's arrow count is represented abstractly. While actively engaged in archery, you'll always have arrows.
However, after a fight for example, you'll roll a d6 for each item that was used during the fight. On 4-6, mark usage. Once the quiver reaches 3 usage marks, it's out of arrows. If the bow reaches 3 usage marks, it needs to be fixed.
You won't need to mark usage for firing a single arrow for something like getting Gideon down from the tree.
