The Hexcrawl

The forest starts to give up to hills to the north east, though to the south east the hills seems to be heavily forested.

You find yourself surrounded by mountains in 3 directions. Leaving only the north or the choice to backtrack to where you came from.

You can see another forest to the north and the hills continue to the north east. In the horizon you can see a new storm brewing.

As the storm hits, you find progress hard to achieve and must take many breaks in the crooks and crannies of the hilly terrain. You all need to make a Fortitude save, and decide where to go next.

Tomas and Artesia has trouble getting the necessary sleep and warmth and wake up Fatigued.

You will have an encounter in this hex, so will update the main thread soon.

New for the hexcrawl right now is that you can also visit some mountain tiles, though they are considered greater difficult terrain and requires 3 hexploration activities. You are also separated from your following. I have marked your group as a sword token and the banner will represent your following.

Referring back to the Hexploration Rules so we can refresh ourselves. You have 1 hexploration activity per day. You have not reconnoited the hex your in.

Argakoa wants you to find a way through the valley by the end of autumn which gives you approximately 5 months.

Some 100 or so feet outside Calamity Cave you find a waymarker. A handprint on the waymaker points southeast along the river's course. A stone disc depicts the three-star constellation Ohoto (a magic spear).
