Looks great.

Two things I noticed are:
- You no longer can tell apart public commenting threads from ones that are not open to public commenting in games that you have bookmarked, but you can still tell them apart in games that you're in yourself. That seems backwards. If I care at all about whether a thread is for public posting it's for games I'm not playing in, not for the ones I could comment in either way.
- It would be awesome if you could favorite sheets and games directly from the "My Games"/"My Characters" page rather than having to go to the sheet itself. But that's not necessary, would just be a neat tweak.

Indeed weird. I can still tell if I look at the game forum, but not from the homepage.

I had to make a decision on which icon should take priority. I chose bookmark. Do we prefer bubbles?

I think bubbles should take priority

Bubbles when they apply.

In most cases there will only be a few bubbles, so most will still show us the bookmarked status with only the special ones showing they are otherwise-special.
