Absences

FYI: I'm traveling for the next two weeks and my availability will be a spotty. I'm flying to Santiago, Chile, to visit my girlfriend!

I'll be away from GP for the rest of the week. Heading to a far less exciting place, but still trying to be present.

Begging pardon for any slowness on my part over the next month. The convention that my wife and I help manage is coming up the first weekend in March, and we are in prep mode. Since she is blind, that means triple work for me, as I am the Gaming Director and website maintenance, and now I am also handling guests, vendors, and taking care of behind-the-scenes stuff. Anyway, I will be here, but my attention will be divided for the next month.

Note that I will be barely/not online Friday - Monday, 13 - 16 February, as I'll be attending/running games at the 49th Annual DunDraCon.

I'm back and will be catching up over the next few days. We had a great con! Mark Rein-Hagen is a great guest and ran a demo of his new system, FangKnight, for six lucky players! Vernon Smith, who draws the Star Trek: Lower Decks comics, was our artist guest and did our badges and the t-shirt as well. We raised almost $2,000 for CASA of South Mississippi at our charity auction, and we even had a puppy adopt-a-thon with the local humane society!

Sounds like some great conventions were had!

I have family coming to visit. They arrive on Friday and staying through easter. This means my home office is turned into a guest room instead and access to my computer will be limited (as will time to post since I have to entertain them).

I accidentally broke my glasses, and I haven't a spare set, so if I am slow to respond, please be forgiving. I hope to have them replaced in about a week or so.

Taking a break as a player. Will still be around to fulfill modding duties as the need arises!
