I read that the apartment we were renting was not furnished either.

Is the Apartment Furnished and the Campus home not?

i will rule that the Apartment is semi-furnished, prob. not to the satisfaction of 4 teenagers.

The campus home is not and by purchasing snacks for example - you can consider it trying out a particular store and specific food/snack and deciding which you want to arrange delivery once you are on campus.

Also the PCs will have access to the dining hall for meals, they just aren't living in the dorms that are physically connected to the dining halls, but they are still students with full access to campus facilities. so far example Harper could mention going to a Chinese supermarket to try and find particular snacks (like fried Ramen chips)

Reminder : The campus home bedrooms are one big room for the girls, one big room for the boys - each with attached full bathrooms w/shower and tub.

I am going to keep my post the same for now.
Most of the stuff I posted was true for the apartment.
Even if there is a campus cafeteria nearby, she would still try to make some meals at home until she feels more comfortable going to the cafeteria.

That food list is just for snacks, Ethan is a big consumer of foods 😁

Can we also assume we have most normal day tech?
Laptop and cell phones.

Is there any apps or websites for Superhero to check for crimes or any strange happenings?

Unless a PC has a Complication/Disad/Characte Background that conflicts, yes all 4 PCs are modern middle class teenagers with cell phones and or laptops.
Although in the suit they have dedicated digital cell/comunicators

So yes there would be websites/apps to check activity, however it wouldn't give current up to the moment information.

If Harper is trying to find out something the PCs might have to investigate or have a patrol.

I'm sorry, there's going to be a slight delay from me as I handle some emergency pet health stuff.

i quite understand , our furry members of our families have a priority over a silly game.

To be fair, I'm quite fond of silly games as well. The health emergency went ... if not the worse possible way, definitely badly. I'm taking a little time for me, but, posting will probably give me something productive to do with my brain. I'll try to get something out soon.

no van, so far everything is within a few blocks of their temporary lodgings.
Lets call the time about 4PM. Sunset begins about 7PM this time of year.

Happy to work within a format.

Normal speech in bold
Whisper or mumble in italics
Shouting in CAPITALS

or such?

That is normal what I do.
Italics also can be thoughts.
"Normal talking"
"Whisper or mumble or putting intent into the words
Thinking to onces self
"WHY IS EVERYONE YELLING!!

Bold is more to bring out conversation so it doesn't get lost in the post.

Okay. Sorry for the gap, I wasn't specific at the time, but my fuzzy compatriot is no longer with us. Every time I sat down to write, my head was basically just static. I got their paw impression in the mail today ... I seem to be a little more steady now. Caught up with the story thread and about to jump back into the mix.

I am sorry for hearing of their passing.

I understand our fuzzy compatriots are not just pets, but friends and family. I too recall a number of dogs and cats. I am grateful for the time i had with them.

You poor soul. Thats a rough thing to get through, I hope you can spend all the time you need to grieve for them. <3

I had to put down my 15 year old Dog last year.

Hey yall! Just wanted to let you know I'm going to try to chat a little less in the current scene, as I feel my character has gotten their time in the spot light, and dont want to hog it. Ill still try to respond to other characters, and say little tidbits where appropriate, but just try to be a little less in this scene

Protecting an violin that is "absorbing" her life force
Some how she is talking in different languages strangely.
The violin is magical but the girl is not

I think it looks like she is having a conversation with other people but we don't see them

Yiva has verified that the violin is just an ordinary violin, and her music knowledge shows its not even a special nor a professional quality violin.

Yes she's protecting the violin.

Elizabeth is magical not the violin.

That makes sense now that I read it again...

Does anyone have speed or flight besides me?

I am thinking of grabbing her and taking her to the hospital if we can get the violin alway from her.

I have teleportation, but it they need to be willing or an inanimate object. Could teleport the violin away from her if you can get it (but shouldnt we be discussing this ingame?)

I have an 8m radius aoe, how many can I get, if any, in that aoe while not hitting Elizabeth and preferably any of us.

as far as catching up, you can post flashbacks as if you were commenting/questioning at that time in the session 2 thread or if you think that would be unwieldy i can create another thread for the flashbacks.

as Alice/Celestine still seems busy I am going to allow the other PCs to post any questions about either the goons or Elizabeth that would have been answered by Alice. I am not promising accurate answers or any answers but if you have questions go ahead and ask in the Session2 thread.
