Interest Check - Raptor Ruckus

The year is 1993: scientists have done things because they can, without stopping to ask themselves if they should. Now clever girls run rampant over an island while a few plucky interns and animal handlers try to contain the prehistoric creatures.


Raptor Ruckus (https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/snapback/raptor-ruckus-rpg-0) kickstarted in 2025, based off Mork Borg. I backed the KS, and am thinking of running a short adventure to try it out. At their kickstarter page the Quickstart is free, I'd be using the BETA version of the full rules, but the quickstart can be used to get a feel for what it's like.

If there is some interest I'll put together a recruitment thread with a few adventure hooks. This would be my first time GMing for Play-by-post, and I'm still relatively new to GP/pbp so please keep in mind there may be some technical hiccups if we do end up playing.

Great, thanks for replying. I’m on vacation for a week but hoping to use some of that time to come up with a good slew of minor quests, and then I’ll put together a recruitment thread to watch out for in a couple weeks. Excited to try my hand at pbp GMing.

Here to say I backed the KS because I think the concept is hugely entertaining! The Borg engine keeps things smooth flowing too and is very on-theme. Have fun everyone!

Yea! Im working on a short adventure. I have one more week of vacation starting mid next week where Ill be far from any cell signal. Sometime in early August I plan on posting a recruitment thread for 3 or so players. More information will be in that thread, and I’ll try to message those of you that said you were interested.
