New guy

Hey! I'm Oak. I recently got into ttrpgs. I mostly play solo but wanted to ease my way into a collaborative setting.

I really love Ironsworn and it's expansions, along with Mausritter, Cairn, and others.

I've written a few solo games and published them on itch, which is always fun to see people download and play!

Welcome, would love to hear more about your Itch games!

Welcome to Gamerplane. I know we have some Ironsworn and Cairn games here. You will need to check out the Tavern or Browse Games list for any that are active and/or open.

The one I'm most proud of is my most recent game - Mancrawla! You take a traditional mancala game and use it to represent your dungeon crawl and enemy movement.

I've also done some Cairn adventure modules but I haven't uploaded those yet.

Hi Oak, welcome!
A few pointers to get you started.

If you want to see how GP functions, here are links to the New GP Member Guide, the forum rules, this video introduction made by user Qralloq and a little helpful formatting guide made by user Adam. You might also be interested in looking through some public games as well to get a feel for the site.

If you have any questions about how to use the site, you can put them into our Questions and Help subforum.

To join a game, keep your eyes on the Games Tavern, where GMs advertise their games and look for players.

You're also invited to join us on the Discord server for some friendly conversation, about the site, RPGs in general or anything else!

Welcome Oak! We have a few publishers here that have games on itch, and some do get played here. I'd love to see a link to your games.
