Hello there. I was wondering if anyone would be interested in playing a short campaign using the Risus RPG system.

What Is This Game About?
It's the final months of WWII. The Nazis have invaded USSR. In a desperate attempt to stop the Nazis' relentless push, the Soviets resort to black magic. However, a ritual gone wrong opens a portal to Hell for a short time--enough for a small army of demons to invade and occupy half of Europe. Now, after a suspicious period of demon inactivity, it's time for the newly founded Axis-Ally alliance to push back. The PCs are members of a special forces unit tasked with various missions inside demon territory.

Who Is This Game For?
This is a wacky--but still grounded--alternate history scenario. The PCs are badasses who indulge in all sorts of badassery, and the goal is to create cool, epic moments within the bounds of reason, without taking ourselves too seriously or getting bogged down with rules minutiae. While jokes are welcome and appreciated, it's not a parody/comedy game. It'll be a short (extended if everyone is having fun), laid-back (5 posts a week, maybe?) campaign for 3-5 players. You can play a soldier from any of the involved parties. Exploring tensions between different nationalities is not only allowed but also encouraged. However, PvP will be purely narrative; friendly fire is turned off.

What Is Risus?
Risus: The Anything RPG is a free, 4-page (not a typo) RPG system that uses six-sided dice with broad "stats" called clichés. You say what you want to do, choose a relevant cliché, and roll the appropriate number of dice to try and beat a DC (or an opposing roll).

So, if playing as a jacked up, heavy-smoking, gum-chewing badass and blowing up demons in style sounds like fun to you, let me know. Thanks for reading. Have a fun day.
