Things to consider to set up a recruitment for game on this site.
Debate always has positive and negative aspects that impact recruitment poorly. Obviously with the wide spread of it, the penalty is neglictable. * Posting to aid implies negative aspects automatically. Anything but a post to that says yes generally impacts negatively.
Are mediators waiting for the negative aspects to be more visible and probably then there is mental and/or physical damage and it is a race to see who's lawyer is best. And/or waiting for the number of availible games to fall to lower levels.
Which is it of this poor policy as I comtemplate using recruitment for a new game.
