NPC avatar does not appear

I just added a new NPC player to my game. I've got 5 NPC's in there so far, but this one won't show up when I post.

I've tried several times, logged out etc. It's there on the game's list of players, but not on the drop down menu in the forum.

Any ideas?

Do they have a name in the sheet itself? The line above the edit text box.
