I usually have
interest in it, but I am not sure it is a good fit for the PbP form. The slow pace and big delays between back-and-forths are at odds with a system that takes about 6 rounds for a normal combat with a bunch of action-reaction exchanges. And the 'real' fun starts at LL2-LL6 (first non-generic frame, then subsequently the first deep multi-license combinations and Core upgrade synergies), and the odds of reaching that in a PbP are pretty low if starting at LL0 (as most groups/adventures seem to).
(I've played in two LANCER PbP campaigns so far, so maybe I have an iffy selection.)
