The vertical alignment 3 links at the bottom of the forums menu have always bugged me.
I know criticism is easy, and I had some time on my hands, so I whipped up a quick JSFiddle of how those three links ("Mark Forum As Read" etc) might be displayed horizontally, but wrap for smaller windows.
It's just a suggestion, but to me, this would make for a nice presentation of those links.

I feel that the forum page could be easily changed to be like this. You're welcome to take the css from the fiddle, or not as you see fit.
