Bathed in warmth, you awaken. Two familiar faces smile upon you.

"Was there any doubt?" May replies to Orlando.

She turns to you, pausing long enough that you can grasp your surroundings.

You’re outside. The land is vast and white. It’s either sunrise or sunset. You should be freezing, but May’s magic is keeping you warm without melting the ice and snow beneath you.

There is an igloo nearby. Other than that, nothing for miles. It appears to be somewhat mountainous in the distance, with the sun setting (or rising) behind a gentle slope. To the east (or west?), stars are visible. Maybe one of them is Jupiter. (Murasaki knows it’s Jupiter.)

"You were asleep for a long time. A very long ti—"

Before she can break the news, a seven year old girl runs out of the igloo excitedly.

JUNE JONES

"They’re awake—yay! Do I get to finally meet the original Bombshells, mom?"

She is barefoot and wearing only a sundress.

Usually, Murasaki kept a cool head, but this was too much, even for her. She scrambled to her feet, wincing as she felt remarkably stiff. "The original Bombshells...? Mom!? What happened to us, May-san? Where are we? What's going on with the sun? Just how long were we out if you had a child with Jones-san?" She fired off questions.

"The last thing I remember, we escaped the Temple of Doom through a portal, but we ended up somewhere frightfully cold. We froze nigh instantly..." She was starting to realize what happened, but she waited to see if her suspicions would be confirmed or denied.

May is hesitant to answer Murasaki directly. She glances at her husband.

"Honey, you are way better at being the bearer of bad news than I am."

He sees his wife’s look and immediately turns to Murasaki.

"Fifteen years."

"No, Daddy. I mean just tell the story you and Mommy told me a million times."

The Maiden turns to you.

"After you stepped in the star teleport, Daddy thought you got away, but prob’ly teleported too far away to save him. He found a way to send a distress signal to my grandma, the Queen! Mommy used her magic to get Daddy out of the underwater temple. But then nobody knew where you were."

May stands by her daughter’s side.

"—but the teleporter left no trace," the Mother continues, "or even a hint of where you could have gone. And soon, my magic started to grow weak."

"Not because of anything I did, mind you! I knew she was the Maiden—"

"It’s my fault," May confesses. "Lando and I were traveling together as we searched for you, going on all kinds of adventures. I could not deny my feelings, so we… went on a date."

"A date! Just dinner and a movie, and nothing two friends wouldn’t do. Honest! I knew she needed her Maiden powers to find you—"

"Being in love was enough. I knew my time as the Maiden was at an end."

"Mommy, I think you’re being way too hard on yourself. I never would have found them without all the training we did."

Obviously, a lot of the story is left untold. But you understand that the ice that trapped you also kept you preserved. It is late February, 3010, and you are free thanks to a seven-year-old demigoddess.

"Fifteen years?? Don't tell me..."As the ice thaws and Casey is finally able to move, she rushes to a nearby puddle to check her reflection. "Oh thank goodness! We haven't aged 15 years! "

Noticing June, she rushes over and gives her a playful pinch on the cheek. "You look just like your momma and your daddy!"

Casey looks around at the desolate, glittering landscape. "So... did defeating the cacodemon fix everything? Wait, have there been other bombshells? Do we have a headquarters now?!" she blurts out, too excited after so long on ice.

The Joneses beam as Casey notes June’s resemblance to both parents.

Casey doesn’t remember there being any other Bombshells. (Gong-Ju and Murasaki might recall two others who joined other women that they met during the tournament.) Surely, it’s just the four of you..!

"It was just the four of you before. But when Lando and I scoured the Earth for you, Samus offered to help, using her ship and scanners. Chun-Li recalled the time she learned something called ‘secret number oh one-hundred,’ so she and Samus became Bombshells.

"Navi couldn’t stand the idea of a fairy being lost. Pauline, Marian and Jessica Haggar were inspired by the way you could be both damsels and heroes, and Splash Woman felt that if damsels could change, why can’t a robot programmed for villainy get a second chance."

JUNE

June reaches into a dimensional pocket and whips out a pink notebook with bunny stickers all over the cover. When she opens it, you see autographed Polaroids of the Maiden with other Bombshells.

"That’s me and Athena, and me and my Grammy with Ms. Pac-Man—Grammy says she should call herself Pac-Woman—and that’s me and Tyris Flare riding on Dora’s back!"

That last photo depicts the child on horseback with a bikini-clad Amazon swordswoman. Dora is not entirely a horse, however. She is a kentauride!

LANDO

When Orlando Jones can finally get a word in, he says, "There is, in fact, a headquarters. And yeah, with the Cacodemon gone, the Mullet Hellions don’t have support from Hell anymore. They sorta disbanded."

"I see..." Murasaki smiles. "I am truly glad that the spirit of our struggle stood the test of time, even while we were gone. You helped keep that spirit alive, as did many others. May, Jones, June... Thank you."

She places fist in hand and bows deeply, expressing her gratitude and respect.

"I would assume there's no need to fight anymore now that the Mullet Hellions are gone... But I fear that would be too optimistic."

May agrees that there isn’t any need to fight, though there’s an underlying feeling that the peace won’t last…


—not that you have to dwell on that nagging pessimism now. June uses her power to form a rainbow bridge that beams you to her grandmother’s floating castle.

It’s not as fancy as Princess Peach’s, but still, a castle that can fly you to anywhere in the world is nothing to sneeze at.

And besides that, there are dozens of B☢️MBSHELLS aboard! They’re all excited to see you.

"Murasaki!" Chun-Li calls out, "your secret move really helped me avenge my father’s death."

"Hey!" Navi gives Princess Diamond a friendly wave, fluttering close enough to get a good look at the only other fairy in the room.

A woman in a red bikini introduces herself as Athena. "I was on the way to the pool," she says half-apologetically to Gong-Ju. She blushes as she stands at attention like everyone else.

Queen April and Samus enter, and both bow to all of you… but Casey can’t help but feel there’s a pair of eyes focused on her.

One of the lesser known B☢️MBSHELLS finally steps forward, bowing to Casey at a 100-degree angle, resulting in her butt being momentarily higher than her head.

She rises and says, "Sensei Mulbruk! You’re our leader! I mean, yeah you were frozen in a glacier-bottom since I was in kindergarten. But you’re here… and… I… we don’t know what to do!"

QUEEN APRILThe whole room is awkwardly silent, but Queen April finally explains, "This enthusiastic young lady is Makoto Kotobuki. She’s rather excited about this evening’s competition. I suppose she wants to invite you to watch."

Makoto giggles. "Please forgive me for audaciously correcting you, Your Highness." She turns to Casey. "I’m inviting you to join!"

The other B☢️MBSHELLS’ only contribution to Makoto’s invitation is a COLLECTIVE GASP!

When it becomes clear that Diamond will not partake in the "Fairy Races in Tiny Spaces," Michelle Heart volunteers to join Navi, Tiki and Mercedes. Princess Peach gives the legendary winged warrior-woman a Mini-Shroom.



The Valkyrie shrinks until she’s no bigger than Navi’s glow—and the fairies are off!

The obstacle course has fairies race through tiny tubes with marbles rolling through, hoops that trigger pinwheels to boost a fairy’s speed as she flies through, and in the final leg, everyone has to fly through a keyhole that can only fit one fairy at a time.

At this point, Michelle manages to get ahead of Navi. But the maze of reflective gems is difficult to navigate—and navigation is Navi’s forte!

It was such a close race. Michelle was the better flyer, but she had never flown through a chest fulla shinies before, which is kinda normal for a fairy.

Navi consoles her. "Hey, Listen. You beat two outta three fairies, and that ain’t bad. For a normally-human-sized person."


The mention of size might lead one to wonder whether Diamond’s ability to alter her size, great or impossibly-small, would have given her a small advantage… or even a huge one. But wouldn’t that be cheating?

Impressed at the hip flexibility on display by Makoto, Casey smiles brightly at the young Bombshell. "I appreciate the warm welcome, darling! I hope I've been a good leader while frozen solid."

She tips up her fedora and considers the challenge, looking hard at Makoto before breaking into a grin. "I can't disappoint the New Bombshells, can I? So I guess I'm yer huckleberry for the contest. What event did y'all have in mind for me?"

Makoto blushes. "Well… I’m sure there are plenty of, umm, competitions suited for you… heh heh?"

Queen April interjects, "Such as yours, Makoto?"

Makoto’s eyes widen in surprise and remorse. "B-but… my competition is The Bombshell Run!"

Two similarly-dressed (and similarly-athletic) girls step up to Makoto’s side. They look worried.

Samus assures them, "Casey fought the forces of Hell on their own turf. Don’t underestimate her."

The three bow to Samus and the Queen, then giddily turn to Casey.

"It’s so awesome we’ll do the Bombshell Run with the Bombshell Boss! If you wanna change into something more aerodynamic, that’ll help."

"Oh? Are you the 'Chun-Li' May spoke of? I'm glad my move helped you. May your father rest easy from now on." Fist in palm, Murasaki bows. She doesn't remember specifically teaching anyone anything, but she figures that it was from her cave days. Those days were a blur to her mostly. Regardless, it pleases her to see her techniques put towards good.

Murasaki returns April and Samus's bows when she come in. "Samus-san. April-san." She realizes Queen April's apparent status and amends herself. "Sorry, I mean April-sama. You rose up while we were gone." She smiles.

She perks up when she hears about the competitions. "I'd like to enter." She's quick to step up. "After fifteen years on ice, I need to limber up again and that sounds like the perfect warm-up."

April tries to be as humble as a Queen can be. "Oh, this…" She gestures across the castle. "Well, my mom didn’t want to give up her Crone title, so she added a fourth role.

"It works though. I don’t have any magic, but I can keep a home for all you B☢️MBSHELLS. What you did for my daughter years ago is a debt I can never repay, so I’m paying it forward to…"

She gestures toward the many heroines, then stifles a laugh.

"Ahh, I’m too corny to be a real queen."

Samus pats Queen April on the shoulder.

Chun-Li takes advantage of the awkward silence. "Shifu," she starts, realizing that to mirror Murasaki’s tone, Chun-Li must address Murasaki as a master. "I would be honored if you would join me in the break room."

"Much time has passed, but also, no time has passed at all," Gong-ju observes. She shrugs. "It's all the same as far as I'm concerned! I'd be happy to stretch my legs and/or tail with a competition!" She grins.

The demigoddess who was parading in a bikini earlier approaches Gong-Ju with a friend.

"This is my maid, Helene," Athena says. "I taught her my mermaid transformation magic. She’s new at it, and I’m not a naturally born mermaid like you. We would be honored to compete with you."

Helene adds, "Even if I don’t get a medal because I can’t keep up, it’ll be fun to swim with a real mermaid princess!"

The castle’s pool is effectively a balcony that doubles as an Infinity Pool. It truly appears infinite, even in depth, as far as one can tell from peering through the surface!

A robotic mermaid emerges from the depths!

"I’m Splash Woman, former villain," she confesses. "But I could only do what I was programmed to do. I now think freely, and I protect humans from the dangers of the sea.

"I also love to sing!"

After all of the competitions are over, the floating castle heads to Paris. The Nuwomen have set up a headquarters there—one of many around the globe!

While you are out and about, exploring the city, you eventually run into a familiar face.

"How times have changed!" Emoticat exclaims. "So, any o’ you happen to win the 3008 Olympics? There’s a special on gold medals, and we even came up with a silver and bronze trade-in value for losers."

"DAD!!"

"Here you go, Cat and Kitten," Gong-ju says as she offers them her gold medal.

As soon as Gong-Ju hands over her medal you all feel a surge of power!

"Dad—you taught me not to sniff out gold we can’t accept."

The father asks the daughter, "Then what other gold do you think they have and are willing to part with?"

Emotikitten peers over the kiosk’s edge. "Oh… but there’s no way…" She sniffs in the direction of Gong-Ju’s trident… and appears relieved as she says, "Atlantium."

Emoticat patiently waits.

Finally, Emotikitten asks Casey, "By any chance, do you have a gold key in your purse?""YELLOW??? That’s close enough!" Emoticat rips the Jump’n’Bump snippet and forks it over.

Emotikitten also has a couple of snippets for Murasaki. "My dad wanted to give these to you like fifteen years ago…"

"We can beat this, girls! We just need to spread faster than a cyber-disease." She addresses Princess Diamond, "This surely isn’t your fault, but I’m sure there’s a way to reverse a curse."

You arrive at the address that was assigned to your team: Dr. Wathelet’s Centre de Recherche en Cybertechnologie.

Murasaki takes the direct approach!

She blows the thick steel front door off with a flying dropkick and rides on top of it for several meters before skidding to a stop. As she's getting a look at her surroundings, she talks into an earpiece that was provided to her. She had a bit of trouble figuring it out at first, but she'd gotten the hang of it.

"Murasaki to Bombshells, I have entered. Status? Also, Murasaki to HQ, may I get a brief reminder of our objective?"

QUEEN APRILYou all hear April’s reply over the comms:

"We believe the cyboplasm outbreak started in this very lab. Now that you’ve inside, find Dr. Wathelet or the source of the cyboplasm.

"Also, bear in mind that the cyboplasm affects men. Any scientists, including Dr. Wathelet himself, could be infected."

DR. ELSIE PRESTON

As April warns you of the threat to the men, you hear the sound of heels clacking down the hallway. A woman in a lab coat rushes over to you.

"Oh! You’ve got to help Ronald. He’s being overtaken by the cyboplasm."

A man in a lab coat rounds the bend. There are thin plates of metal clinging to his face. His left eye is glowing red and his left arm is bulging with wires. His left hand is an enormous metallic claw.

"Dr. Preston. I’m still me. I can… beat this…"

"No—Ron—don’t come near me!"

Dr. Preston stumbles past Murasaki, watching her colleague warily as he shambles toward you. His scientific mind is battling the machine within him.

"I… got this… Elsie!"

Casey strolls in through the blasted open door, still wearing her nice pants suit from dinner out with Sharon and the Nuwomen.

"Don't worry! The Bombshells are here!" she says. Once she sees Ron stumbling after Dr. Preston, she shouts, "Watch out, Doctor! Ron, stop right there! We need to quarantine you until we figure out what caused this outbreak!"

Ron is still many yards away when Casey speaks. He points his claw in Dr. Preston’s general direction. His right hand makes a futile attempt to force the bulking metallic arm downward. His red eye glows brighter. His human eye closes.

"You’re right," he grunts. "I don’t how long I can… ugh..! I think you’ll have to—"

🚨WiiUUU🚨

A really loud siren drowns out whatever Ron was about to say! Seven men with badges zip around the corner on segues!

👮🏻‍♂️

LT. MARVELThe man on the lead segue assures all of you in a monotone baritone, "We’ll take it from here, ma’am’s."

The Lieutenant and his men prepare to escort Ronald. But the moment they surround him he throws one of the men off!

"Taze me, bro!" the scientist demands, and three of the offers immediately comply. They quick-draw tasers and zap him! Ronald falls unconscious.

DR. ESLIE PRESTON

"Oh, Ronald, you poor fool…" Elsie checks Ron’s vital signs, then tells you and the men, "The Cyboplasm is healing him and protecting his body while he’s unconscious. If you guys knock out the other scientists, we should be able to quarantine everyone until a cure can be found."

The officers salute the doctor and are ready to speed off and beat up the rest of the mechanized nerds. But Lt. Marvel and the officer who was thrown start to change.



ROUND ONE…

"Very well. Preston-hakase, we'll protect you while we sort this out." With their mission clear, she takes a trained stance and prepares to fight. She aims to knock out, not kill.

First, she decides to arm herself! She makes a dive for a discarded police baton, dropped by either Lieutenant Marvel or the other transformed officer.

🕹️ BATON TWIRL: when defending vs. melee, a hit also counts as a counter attack
🕹️+㊙️ = BUSHIN STYLE: you can’t miss; a hit knocks one enemy into another; on a combo you inflict double damage and nerf an enemy attack

A fine tonfa. They must be funded well. She finds it sturdy and well-balanced, a versatile weapon that should serve her well. Immediately, she has a feel for how to use it.

She sets her eyes on Lt. Marvel and quickly closes in on him, whipping the long end of the tonfa at his head!

Casey sprints forward and launches into a front handspring, leaping at the officer heels first. Then she continues the assault, stomping at the officer like she is dancing the tango! If only she'd remembered to take more dancing lessons...

Gong-ju lays into the cyborgs with a thrust of her trident, followed by a wide leg sweep!

The B☢️MBSHELLS rush to Dr. Preston’s rescue! Princess Diamond pixel-dusts the scientist to safety while the others attack! Gong-Ju knocks one of the mechanized men unconscious!

The Segue Seven Six zip about on segue-wheels that have become a part of their cyboplasm-induced forms! They attack our human-sized heroines in pairs, having failed to notice the stealthy fairy-princess!

As two of the mechanized men rush towards her, Murasaki spins her tonfa. She deflects a wheel kick from one of them, damaging his leg in the process, but the second one manages to catch her shoulder with his claws, cutting deeply.

She gets revenge on the one that clawed her though. She stops twirling her tonfa, and holding it aligned with her forearm, smashes the man in the jaw. Sparks and bits of organic metal fly off from the impact.

Gong-ju tries to block the blows before striking back with her trident!

Casey bends and twirls about, trying to dodge the cyboblades and cyboclaws.

As she twirls, her heels and fists lash out with return attacks!

Holding her free hand out, Murasaki tries to set up a ki barrier against the barrage of projectiles!

Casey snakes out her whip, trying to latch onto Gong-Ju's trident and pull the mermaid princess inside Murasaki's ki barrier!

The ki barrier saves keeps the B☢️MBSHELLS from being blown to bits!

Once the attack has been thwarted, Murasaki drops the barrier and goes on the offensive! She flips into the air and comes down hard towards one of the mechanized men, putting her weight behind her tonfa strike.

Casey flicks her wrist and send the weighted tip of the whip flashing out to thwack into the segue squaddie facing her.

"Ki power!" Gon-ju declares, safely behind the barrier. Once the enemy assault ends, she darts forward, jabbing and sweeping with both ends of her trident!

When the smoke clears, all of the roboticized men are down!

DR. ESLIE PRESTON

Dr. Preston checks the men for vital signs. Despite being bashed, whiplashed, skewered and blasted by their own guy’s rocketfire, the cyboplasm is stabilizing and healing the security team. Ron the scientist was protected by a shell over his unconscious body.

"Thank you for saving my life," Elsie starts. She turns to Murasaki and adds, "And no worries about the door. Heh..

"I was hired to help Dr. Wathelet find a cure for the cyboplasm. Ron was assisting me in the medical bay when he started acting strangely.

"We had a patient… a street mime whose flesh was coated with metal on one side of his face. Dr. Wathelet is still with him."

She looks down the hall, but doesn’t dare take a step in that direction.

"I don’t know if we made a mistake. Ron was fine until I injected our patient with the cure. There wasn’t time to observe the patient.

"Dr. Wathelet is still with him, far as I know."

"I see... We'll head in deeper and find them." Noticing Dr. Preston's apparent hesitation to proceed, Murasaki gives her a choice. Her voice holds no judgement.

"It's up to you whether you want to leave or go with us, Preston-hakase. Your expertise could prove invaluable, but there will undoubtedly be more danger ahead," Murasaki warns.

Since they've got a moment to breathe after the fight, Murasaki takes advantage of it and channels her ki... She empowers herself, a purple flame-like aura rising from her body, but it's clear from the slight grimace on her face that it takes a toll on her.

Dr. Preston thinks a moment. "Perhaps I should follow at a safe distance."

Gong-Ju stays back a few steps to help Princess Diamond guard Elsie, while Murasaki and Casey move ahead…

Once you arrive at the lab, you see a man in the medical bay. It looks somewhat like a hospital room, with a privacy curtain that’s currently wide open. Standing by a toppled bed and IV feed is a man clad only in a johnny. Most of his exposed skin is covered in metal. His clawlike hands paw at an invisible wall. His face is reptilian and bewildered.

Dr. Wathelet is pulling (what’s left of) his hair out in frustration.


"Feel; don’t conceal! Resistance is futile," he assures the mechanized mime. "Be done hiding, now be shining like you’re born to be!"

The doctor neither notices you nor yells in a French accent.

Casey puts a hand over her mouth as she sees the metal figure struggling and in pain.

"Oh lord. His skin looks horrible!" she whispers in horror.

Dr. Wathelet finally notices you.



Pointing to the patient, he says, "The cyboplasm is altering his perception of reality. As a mime, he believes an invisible wall can hold him. I am trying to help him see a better reality. Not one that makes him a raging beast, but one that trades the shackles of his mind for wings of freedom!"



For some reason, the elderly scientist finds his metaphor amusing. But while he’s laughing at his own joke, wings are rapidly forming on the patient’s back.

A metal shell completely overtakes the street mime! He becomes a giant winged dragon!



Fortunately for you, Dear B☢️MBSHELLS, the dragon’s fire breath only strikes the invisible wall between him and you!

"NO! You’re trading one prison for another!"

The doctor reaches under the control panel, confessing, "I don’t believe I can reach him in this state. I will try, but…"

ROUND ONE…

FIGHT!!

"Looks like we got here right in the nick of mime" Casey quips. Then she uses her whip to swing heels first at the cybodragon and follows that up with a barrage of stabs with one of her daggers!

"We will buy some time. Do what you can, Wathelet-hakase!"

Murasaki rushes up to the mime-turned-dragon once its flame breath expires. When she's up close and personal, she goes for a blindingly quick combination of strikes with her tonfa.

Murasaki twirls her tonfa by the handle fast enough to make it a blur. She swings at the incoming dragon, throwing the much larger opponent back. He even suffers some damage from it.

"It doesn't appear to be working, Wathelet-hakase. You're just giving him new ideas on how to kill us."

Going on the offensive, Murasaki tries to land a powerful thrust with her tonfas, aiming for the cybodragon's torso.

Casey tucks into a forward roll, trying to avoid the flaming balls of snot!

Then she tosses a barrage of throwing daggers at the mecha-dragon as it rolls about.

Dr. WATHELET

"Right," Dr. Wathelet replies to Murasaki’s warning. He turns to the mecha-dragon as Casey’s daggers stick into the metallic torso. "Hey, you big jerk! We need you to calm down, not throw down!"

The mecha-dragon flexes his right arm. It grows bigger as claws grip the doctor’s supercomputer, jerking it out of the wall!

The broken machinery emits smoke, sparks and arc of electricity. The mecha-dragon hurls it toward Murasaki—but his aim is way off! The busted computer sails overhead and crashes against a lab table cluttered with test tubes and beakers!Dr. Wathelet yells, "Stop twisting my words! Do not attack!"

The mecha-dragon twists his body, attacking Casey with his tail!Dr. Wathelet carefully places the megaphone onto the floor and slowly backs away from it.

Capitalizing on the dragon's miss, Murasaki gets in close and launches another flurry of blows with her tonfa!

Casey braces herself to try and catch the dragon's tail. She grunts as the metal tail hits like a tree trunk, but manages to grab it and turn her body so the dragon's momentum helps her spin and hurl the mechanized monster into the closest wall!

Murasaki deflects the mecha-dragon’s attack, then smashes the tonfa over its head! Casey’s reversal shatters the cytoplastic armor!

A voice can be heard underneath the heap of twisted metal.

"Au secours… À l'aide… Aide-moi, s'il vous plaît…"

Dr. WATHELET

Dr. Wathelet calls out to the voice under the broken mecha-dragon, "You broke the mime code, but that’s okay! We hear you! Help is on the way!"

He then turns to you, Dear B☢️MBSHELLS, and whispers, "You can get him out all that junk without accidentally killing him, right?"

"Yes. Stand back, doctor."

Murasaki strikes at the massive metallic heap with her weapon, sending chunks of it flying in various directions. The pile shrinks with every blow until eventually, she can see the mime's hand sticking out of the debris. She grabs it and carefully pulls him out, easily carrying him over her shoulder like a sack of potatoes.

After flipping the bed upright, she lowered him onto it. "The mime is safe and sound."

She turned her gaze onto Dr. Wathlelet. "Now, please tell us about the 'cure' that was administered to the mime. From what Preston-hakase told us, it simply made the cyboplasm more contagious. How can it be stopped?"

"The cure does not seem to have worked as planned, but I believe it did work."

He then asks the mime, "Comment vous sentez-vous?" The mime is off-duty, so he responds verbally. The two speak French for a bit, then Dr. Wathelet aims a contraption at the patient. The hand-held device has a screen monitoring his heart rate and Man-Power. "Trois cœurs sur trois. Très bien. Son pouvoir est faible. Quel dommage."

The good doctor turns to you, Dear B☢️MBSHELLS, to report his findings.

"The cyboplasm spread outward from the patient’s body because our cure purged it from his system. He is fatigued, but devoid of any injury, and I will need to monitor his recovery to confirm what seems to be the case: he is now immune to cyboplasm.

"Therefore, I will need to apply the cure to Dr. Preston’s assistant while he is in isolation, along with the security team."

As he speaks, Gong-Ju helps move all of the unconscious men by guiding their fairy-dusted bodies.

Dr. Wathelet then offers you a reward! "I don’t even know whether you need Francs or Euros or what, but this megaphone is made of pure gold."

It seems there is nothing further to do at the lab but leave Dr. Wathelet and Dr. Preston to administer the cure without somehow making things worse.

The other B☢️MBSHELL squads will return from their missions shortly. You can compare notes then and assess whether there is more to do.

On the way back, Murasaki had discarded the tonfa. It served her well, but she wasn't one to commit to a single weapon. She preferred to stay versatile.

She inspects their new snippet with some interest. "Intriguing... Indeed, enraging your opponent is a valid strategy in combat. Thank you, you two." She bows slightly to Emoticat and Emotikitten.

"You’re welcome, Murasaki-san. It’s always a pleasure to know my snippets are helpful to you!"

When her dad mentions snippets-plural, Emotikitten glances down at the stock.

"Indeed we do! It’s the best snippet I ever created, but the only way I’m willing to part with it is if somebody finds The Treasure Harpoon! I can put you through college with that, even if you become a doctor."

As Emoticat’s concerns turn to his daughter’s future, Murasaki catches a glimpse of Chun-Li’s squad returning to the headquarters across the street. Her daughter Li-Fen leaps out the front door, embracing the martial arts master. Chun-Li enters the building with Li-Fen still dangling from her neck.

Casey toussles the head fur of Emotikitten. "They grow up so fast," she says.

When Princess Diamond flits back in, Casey bounds over to the fairy. "Yay, you're back! I know the life of a Princess is a busy one but the Bomshells aren't the same without us all here!" She considers trying to go for a hug but isnt sure how to do it without squishing the royal faery, so just smiles broadly, hands clasped together.
