As a starting DBZ player you have 40 points to distribute between 4 Characteristics. You must put at least 1 point in each.
Physical: How strong and healthy your hero is
Mental: How smart and strong-willed your hero is
Combat: How well your hero fights
Move: How far your hero moves each phase
You also have 2 Derived Characteristics
Defense: How tough your hero is. Defense is subtracted from any damage done to your hero.
Your Defense is determined by multiplying your Physical Characteristic by 5
Hits How hard your hero is to kill or knock out.
Your Hits are determined by multiplying your Physical Characteristic by 10
Step 6: Get some Skills
Body: Anything to do with Physical Stuff
Mind: Anything to do with using your mind, will or charm
Evasion: How good you are at not getting hit in combat
Fighting: How good you are at hitting things with your body (combat).
Weapon: How good you are at hitting things with weapon (combat)
Power: How good you are at using special powers
As a starting DBZ Player, you have 50 points to distribute among your skills. Not every skill must have points
Step 7: Get some special Fighting Techniques
* Describe your new Fighting Technique
* Determine it's Damage
Freely choose how many dice get added to the damage roll
* Determine the Technique's skill cost
For every die of damage you add ot the attack you must subtract 1 point from your fighting skill when using that special technique
* Name the Technique
Step 8. Determine Power and Powers
How much energy does your character begin with? Roll 2d6. The highest roll is the 100's place, the low roll is the 10's place. You can only Power Up as much energy as your Mental and Physical Stats added together and multiplied by 10
Raising Energy?
You can you only gather as much energy as your Mental and Physical Stats added together and multiplied by 10
Power Skills
The Difficulty value is based on the amount of energy points put into the power, divided by 10.
