Stats showing up properly in Edit Character screen, but after save, the Total attack bonuses aren't properly reflected

Ok, this is fixed, along with adding misc to combat maneuvers plus fixing size on combat maneuvers.

When I enter values in the Misc spot for CMB and CMD then save they vanish and aren't included in the calculated number.
