Good thinking. I usually recommend to all my friends to have those kinds of numbers on their cellphones. You never know when a sis needs help.

Thank you so much for sharing these resources. In a world that feels increasingly chaotic, having a manual for where to find help is vital. I see so many of my peers struggling with the weight of expectations and the noise of city life. There is absolutely no shame in seeking help when your 'internal system' feels like it's crashing.
